The Senior Managers, Directors and Shareholders of the Analytical Group have collectively extensive experience in Management, Finance, Chemistry, Engineering, Physics and Imaging with solid backgrounds in the areas of high technology.

Although John has an initial multidiscipline background in engineering and a Chartered Engineer, he brings to the Group a wide experience in business activities including finance, man management & marketing. These from his experiences gained working with several major oil companies throughout the world in the roles of Technical Director, Managing Director and as a Consultant to many others.

After graduating with an MBA in the US, Polsin returned to Thailand taking up a position as Assistant Managing Director for the development of biomedical instrumentation and electron microscopy. Experience gained in these fields enabled Polsin to start Pondpol Analytical Thailand, expanding further his understanding the fields of analysis, forensic science and a wide range of laser integration systems.

With an M.Sc in Materials Science & Engineering Hwee Leng has a wide experience of disciplines including Failure Analysis engineer, with extensive knowledge in various analytical techniques such as Raman spectroscopy, Fluorescence and Particle Counting technologies as used in both the scientific and biomedical areas. |
