& Dissolved Oxygen
eDAQ produces a variety of
amplifiers designed to work specifically with e-corder
units. eDAQ Amps become an extension of the e-corder
system, and are fully controlled by software. All
eDAQ Amps draw power from the e-corder unit via
a proprietary 'I2C' interface which also facilitates
software recognition and control of the amplifier
operation. You can operate multiple eDAQ Amps on
the one e-corder unit.

Quad pH/mV Amp
The Quad pH/mV Amp consists of four
high impedance electrometer type pH/mV amplifiers.
It is designed to operate with e-corder
systems, and can simultaneously record signals
from up to four pH, ion selective and potentiometric
redox (ORP) electrodes. Each amplifier can
be used with either combination, or half
cell electrodes with separate reference
electrodes. The amplifiers are galvanically
isolated to minimize interference from ground
loops or other nearby sensors.
The unit can also be used with other high
impedance sources up to ±2 V, requiring
electrometer input.

Quad Tc/mV Amp
The Quad Tc/mV Amp
can simultaneously record signals from up
to four thermocouples. The thermocouple
inputs are individually galvanically isolated
to minimize interference from ground loops
or other nearby sensors. Sensor calibration
can be performed with the Thermocouple extension.
The unit can also
be used to monitor other voltage sources
(up to ±50 mV), requiring electrometer input.

C4D Amp
The C4D Amp is a high sensitivity capacitively-coupled
contactless conductivity detector (C4D)
for capilliary electrophoresis (CE) and
ion chromatography (IC) systems, using PowerChrom
system, or e-corder data acquistion systems.
It is supplied with a suitable headstage,
usually the ET120 C4D Head (for CE or IC),
or optionally the ET121 C4D Microfluidic
Platform for use with microfluidic channel
chips. Excitation frequency and amplitude
can be optimised by the user for maximum
signal sensitivity. Suitable for use with
e-corder or PowerChrom systems for data
collection.

pH Pod
The pH Pod is a fully software-controlled
miniature amplifier suitable for use with
pH, ion selective, and potentiometric redox
(ORP) electrodes with internal reference cells
(combination electrodes).
Ideal for student experiments monitoring
solution pH, or redox potential. |
 |
Conductivity Pod
The Conductivity Pod is a fully software-controlled
miniature amplifier suitable for use with
laboratory conductivity cells.
Ideal for student use in monitoring solution
conductivity levels. |
 |
RTD Pod
The RTD Pod is a fully software-controlled
miniature amplifier suitable for use with
100 ohm platinum RTD probes. It can be used
in normal or differential mode. In differential
mode an offset can be applied, via the front
panel knob, so that very small temperature
fluctuations can be measured. |
 |
Thermocouple Pod
The Thermocouple Pod is a fully software-controlled
miniature amplifier suitable for use with
K- and T-type thermocouples. It can be used
in normal or offset mode. In offset mode a
temperature offset can be applied, via the
front panel knob, so that very small temperature
fluctuations can be measured.
Ideal for student use in thermochemistry
including melting and boiling point determinations,
and calorimetry experiments. |

Accelerometer
Pod
A compact signal conditioner for use with
an e-corder unit, providing a continuous AC
coupled signal from PCB Piezotronics ICP®
accelerometers, microphones, vibration and
related sensors requiring a constant current
supply. |
