806nm Laser Diode Bar Solutions
The Bookham 806nm laser diode bar solutions have been designed to provide the high output power and high reliability required for both solid-state laser pumping and direct applications. The laser diode bars are mounted on an expansion matched CuW submount onto a water-cooled package or a passive Cu block providing very high reliability in CW and pulsed (1-Hz type) applications. Lateral bar array's are available with micro- or macrochannel coolers.

9xx nm Laser Diode Bar Solutions
The Bookham 9xx nm laser diode bar solutions have been designed to provide the increased brightness and reliability required for pumping next generation solid state disk and fiber lasers, and direct applications. The laser diode bars are mounted on an expansion matched CuW submount onto a water-cooled microchannel cooler package or a passive Cu block providing very high reliability in CW and pulsed (1-Hz type) applications.

The Bookham 10xx nm laser diode bar solutions have been designed to provide the high output power and reliability for analytical/medical applications as well as superior brightness for direct applications. 808nm Multimode Single Emitter Solutions
The Bookham 808nm multimode single emitter laser diode solutions have been designed to provide the high output powers and reliability required for solid-state laser pumping, medical/analytical, and printing applications. The single emitter's are available mounted onto a submount or C-mount or in an uncooled package pigtailed with a standard 105µm core diameter fiber.

been designed to provide the high output power and reliability required
for pumping next generation fiber lasers, and for direct single emitter
applications. The single emitter's are available mounted onto a
submount, a C-mount, or in an uncooled package pigtailed with a
standard 105µm core diameter fiber.

The Bookham single-mode laser diode solutions have been designed to provide the stringent noise and bandwidth performance required for second harmonic generation and frequency mixing applications, as well as the high single-mode power at 1060nm/1070nm required for fiber laser applications. The single-mode laser diodes are available in a cooled butterfly package with a polarization maintaining fiber pigtail.
