AIS201 Inspection System for Domestic Gas Bottles
The AIS201 is a Real Time Radiography (RTR) inspection system especially designed for the control of welded cylinders.
The XSD160 is a stationary constant potential X-ray generator specially suited to the RTR inspection, thanks to its high dose stability.
A manual version is also available to meet the needs of manufacturers who request a manual, reliable and efficient cylinder welding inspection system.

AIS202 Manual Gas Bottle Inspection System
The AIS202 gas bottle inspection system is especially designed to meet the needs of manufacturers who request a manual, reliable and efficient cylinder welding inspection system. This shielded cabinet protects from X-ray radiations in compliance with the most stringent regulations:
0,5 µSv/h @ 10 cm from the surface for non professionals.
The cabinet is equipped with one large door for loading/unloading, installation and maintenance.

AIS207 Automatic X-Ray
The AIS207 is available with product carrier (O 600 mm or O 1100 mm)
with transport loop for carrier and with loading/unloading stations for
manual or automated handling.

AIS220 X-Ray Irradiation
This small cabinet is designed mainly to be used in laboratories. Its main purpose is for irradiation of small samples. It is usually delivered with a 100 kV tube but higher energies are available.
This enclosure complies with the most severe international regulations on radiation hazards, including NFC 74100 and DIN 54113. The X-ray leakage is reduced to 0,5 µSv/h @ 10 cm from the surface for the proposed X-ray source (public persons).

AIS706 Shielded Enclosure
The AIS706 is especially designed for the control of small parcels or any other object. It can be used everywhere and there is no need for special
operator training. No radiation or operator error hazard is possible. This system detects immediately hidden objects and offers easy
fluoroscopic observation. There is also a preliminary remote-controlled
irradiation of dangerous objects. Its high penetration under 70 kV gives an accurate examination of metal housing contents.

AIS771 All Purpose X-Ray Inspection System
The AIS771 is an all purpose real time inspection equipment designed
with a continuous concern about safety it can be used in a laboratory
or directly in a workshop as it is shielded against any radiation
leakage for non professional users. It is mounted with Baltograph
XSD160 X-ray generator that allows the inspection of up to 35 mm steel.
