GFC 165 Baltospot
The GFC165 is a panoramic portable unit derived from our well known Crawler series but designed to be operated on field without mechanical carriage.
Fields of operations for this kind of equipment are generally piping industry, tanks, reservoirs and hollowed components, where a panoramic exposure can be done. It will easily surpass the poor contrast of Isotopes and will be a very interesting replacement in lower thickness ranges where Isotopes are generally not allowed.
The power consumption is the lowest of the range and makes it the perfect candidate for mobile inspections.

GFC 205 Baltospot
The GFC205 is a panoramic portable unit derived from our well known Crawler series but designed to be operated on field without mechanical carriage.
The GFC205 can deliver up to 200 kV and 5 mA and can be classified in the range of middle power units available at Balteau NDT.
Fields of operations for this kind of equipment are generally piping industry, tanks, reservoirs and hollowed components, where a panoramic exposure can be done. It will easily surpass the poor contrast of Isotopes and will be a very interesting replacement in medium thickness ranges where Isotopes are generally not performing well.
In combination with a GFD (Directional) or a CERAM, the GFC205 will allow you to perform all kind of exposures with a limited number of units

CF2000 Control Unit
This lightweight control unit is one of the two possible interface between any of the BALTOSPOT® pulsed wave generators and the operator.
This power unit has specifically been designed to cope with harsh environment and bad power supplies. It is able to handle bad power supplies without affecting the dose output neither your
image quality: the result is always a very stable and constant output
no matter what power feeds the unit.

DC1 Control Unit
The DC1 control unit is derived from our well known CF2000 control unit and offers the majority of the same features but for controlling the BALTOSPOT Portable Constant potential series.
Because power availability on sites is not that often easy to obtain, the DC1 unit uses the minimum power as possible. It also adapts to the different power supplies or variations without influencing the dose output or your image quality.

HandX Control Unit
Assuredly the most advanced of all control units, the HAND-X is able to drive any of the BALTOSPOT® generators. The HAND-X® is a revolutionary wireless remote control which can operate a generator remotely from up to 100 m in open fields.
The purpose of this is certainly to gain freedom of moves in cluttered environment like shipyards of places where cables are at risk or never long enough because of mandatory twists and turns around existing infrastructures. |

GFD 165
A number one hit for years, the GFD165 is the smallest unit of the GF series to date.
With a maximum of 160 kV and 5 mA, the GFD165 is a compact gas insulated unit designed for applications where size and weight matter. The GFD165 is the ideal machine for field applications where the unit needs to be frequently moved or inserted in tiny spaces. With regards to its 5mA and pulsed wave technology, the unit can penetrate medium to very thin materials, metallic or composites. It will easily surpass the poor contrast of Isotopes and will be a very interesting replacement in lower thickness ranges where Isotopes are generally not allowed. |

CERAM235 - 235kV 5mA Portable generator
When you need a unique that can perform standard inspections as well as occasionally heavy walled ones, the CERAM 235 is the perfect compromise.
Offering a maximum of 235 kV and 5 mA, the CERAM 235 combines all technological advantages of its big brother of the CERAM series and gives the flexibility of a unit smaller in size.
No compromises have been made to component selection or cooling, the unit is able to run on a 100% duty cycle thanks to its purposely designed tubehead and driving electronics

LLX160-DA
The LLX160-DA is a high frequency constant potential Directional Air cooled, portable X-ray generator.
LLX is the answer to your requirements for field inspection especially where quality requirements and speed of inspection are essentials.
With a superior dose output for an equivalent kV setting, LLX has been engineered to be more compact and lightweight. The specific shape given to the head of the generator makes it easier to use on field where space is always restricted for instance in aerospace applications. |
