Liquid Monitors
Synodys has two types of Liquid Monitors available:
- LM 211-214 Off-line Gamma Liquid Monitor
- For continuous monitoring and display of liquid volume activity with visual, audible, and electrical signal alarms when thresholds are exceeded
- LM 206 On-Line Liquid Monitor
- For liquid effluent or process monitoring such
as primary system spectrometry in nuclear power

IM 201 L Iodine Monitor
The IM 201 L monitor from the RAMSYS product
line has been developed to continuously measure the
gamma volume activity of radioactive iodine sample,
both in molecular and organic forms (methyl iodine),
contained in air drawn from stacks, ventilation ducts
or working areas. An NaI scintillation detector faces
the activated charcoal cartridge in which radioactive
Iodine is trapped.
- Continuous air monitoring and display of radioactive iodine volume activity
- Visual ad audible alarms whenever threshold levels are exceeded
- Energy spectrum and temperature changes compensation
- Identification and quantification of the different iodine isotopes bases on 1024 channels spectrum analysis

Alpha Beta Particulate Monitors
It is used for continuous air monitoring and display of the Alpha and Beta and Gamma volumetric activity. Visual and audible alarms are triggered whenever threshold levels are exceeded. Static and dynamic compensation of the Radon and Thoron solid progenies
- ABPM 201M: Absorbed Gamma dose rate indication. With natural Alpha volumetric activity indication. On-line Alpha spectrometry

PING 206S
Particulate Iodine and Noble Gas Monitors
The PING 206S is used for continuous air monitoring and display of radioactive volume activities of particulates, iodines and noble gases. Visual and audible alarms are triggered whenever pre-set thresholds are exceeded
- R G 1-97 compliance (post accident)
- Particulates monitoring with static and dynamic compensation of the radon and Thoron solid progenies
