FluoroMap

TCSPC Confocal Microscope
HORIBA Jobin Yvon introduces a filter-based confocal system (the DynaMicT) to measure fluorescence lifetime and intensity directly under the microscope in the deep UV and visible (240-850 nm). With TCSPC's unequalled sensitivity, this microscope-fluorescence system finds wide applications in biotechnology and nanotechnology. The DynaMicT is especially useful for intrinsic protein fluorescence measurements, such as distinguishing tryptophan and tyrosine, with the 295 nm LED.
