White Light Interferometer
The WLI measurement system was developed for fast and highly
accurate measurements of surface profiles, roughness, step height,
microstructures and other surface parameters.

- Virtually maintenance free and rugged construction for use in production
- Special customised version available on request
- Developed in cooperation with German automotive companies
- OEM-version available for In-Line measurement
